Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded upon the student’s application for either one semester or the entire academic year.

1. Scholarships are paid monthly for up to 10 months if the education period lasts two semesters, and for up to 5 months if the education period lasts one semester.
2. The scholarship is transferred to the student’s individual bank account.
3. The student is required to provide a bank account number on the scholarship application form.
4. A student enrolled in more than one degree program at the same time may receive a scholarship only for one program, as designated by the student.
5. A student may receive both a need-based (social) scholarship and a Rector’s Scholarship for top-performing students at the same time.
6. Scholarships are not available to students who already hold a Master’s degree, or to those who already hold a Bachelor’s degree and are enrolling again in a first-cycle (Bachelor’s) program.
7. Students who are repeating a semester or waiting to repeat a semester, as well as those who have resumed their studies, may only receive a social scholarship and a special scholarship for students with disabilities for that semester.
8. A student applying for financial aid must submit the appropriate application form, which is an annex to Regulations No. 1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, along with all required documents and declarations.
9. If the application does not meet the legal requirements, the university will request the missing information or documents within 7 days.

A complete set of required documents – completed and signed application forms and declarations, as well as any other necessary documents – must be submitted in person at the ANS Dean’s Office or sent by mail to:

• by October 31 – for the entire academic year or the winter semester
