National Security

First-cycle Studies

The aim of the National Security program is to develop students' knowledge, skills, and competencies in the areas of civil protection, civil defense, and crisis response, as well as to build their capacity for effective management in situations of threat at various levels.

The program is interdisciplinary in nature and prepares students to take on professional roles in uniformed services, public administration, and other institutions involved in security, including the prison system and aviation. It broadens their theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and competencies related to contemporary national security, the functioning of state institutions, international security, citizen safety, counterterrorism, and crisis management.
