The curriculum covers legal knowledge governing the functioning of public administration and the procedures that regulate official activities. Students gain a clear understanding of the division of competencies between central and local government bodies, acquire tools for control and audit, and develop knowledge of public procurement and European Union funds. A solid grasp of administrative procedures and regulations enables graduates to scale business activities, particularly in the context of obtaining public funds or participating in public tenders.

They explore the functioning of the state’s fiscal apparatus, including its impact on other sectors such as banking and the economy, and acquire advanced knowledge of administrative law.

Graduates are prepared to make independent decisions in mid-level positions within customs, tax, and local government administration, with particular focus on employment in tax chambers, tax offices, tax inspection offices, customs chambers, customs offices, and other institutions involved in the country’s economic operations.

Specialization

The E-Administration specialization provides students with the skills and competencies needed to implement and deliver public administration services using modern communication technologies. Students acquire knowledge in law, administration, economics, and management, enabling them to navigate administrative law regulations effectively and to create professional documentation using IT systems.

They become familiar with the basic methods, techniques, and ICT systems used in administration (such as trusted profiles, electronic document workflow, electronic signatures, and available e-services) and develop the ability to identify the digital needs of offices and institutions.

Specialization

Management in Business and Administration

The Management in Business and Administration specialization prepares students to manage their own businesses, lead departments within various organizations, or take up roles in government and local administration while meeting the challenges faced by today’s civil service. Students gain knowledge of the principles governing the operation of government and local administration, budget management in the public sector, and the conditions and regulations related to public procurement. They also learn proven methods of managing people and budgets, as well as principles of communication with clients and partners.

Graduates are well-equipped to navigate the complex regulations governing administration and business, develop the ability to independently manage numerous administrative processes, and are prepared to establish and run their own businesses.
